Judy has been in the title and escrow industry for 27 years. She launched her career in the title insurance industry because she wanted to be a part of a challenging and exciting industry. Driven to excel, she found her niche in the escrow division, where her attention to detail and client-centric approach made a difference. Proactive and results-oriented, Judy’s ability to quickly and efficiently manage business has allowed her to successfully build up a large cache of clientele such as listing and selling agents, lenders, private parties, and principals. Her clients describe her as patient, accurate, professional, and eager to help. Her favorite part of her position is helping buyers achieve home ownership and sellers to successfully close escrow.

As an Escrow Manager, Assistant Vice President at Ticor Title, she currently manages a resale and refinance escrow unit. She specializes in residential real estate escrow transactions as well as 1031 transactions. Her ability to run difficult and high volume transactions are recognized and appreciated by her clients. She is an escrow officer dedicated not only to her clients, but to her profession as well.
